On episode 56 we had the great pleasure of speaking with Dr. Mona Shattell, the current Associate Dean of the John Hopkins School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. 

Dr. Shattell currently focuses her research on the under-served population of long haul truck drivers, focusing on their mental health and well-being. 

We speak with her over this topic and touch on mental health in general and why it is so important and needs to be talked about more.
