The Die Healthier Podcast

Nov 8, 2019

Dr. Clary joined us for episode 55. He is currently the owner of A Functional Life, a multidisciplinary health care clinic in New Brighton Minnesota. He has a long history of work as an academic and has worked with numerous professional and Olympic level teams and athletes. He is also an avid and competitive power lifter. He is also the creator of FACT: Functional Analysis Chiropractic Technique.

We spoke with Dr. Clary on several topics including why the eyes, breathing, and gait are so important in determining the neurological functioning of a patient, Russian powerlifting, and much more.

This was by far one of the most informative and intriguing podcast episodes we have ever done and it was full of so much useful and practical information it will likely require a second or third listen.

If you are in the greater Minneapolis area you can reach Dr. Clary at his clinic 651-330-6692 or send him an email at drfredclary@yahoo.com
